A positive and forward-focused process, coaching helps each person maximize their potential. Clients and coaches enter into individual agreements to outline the commitments for the coaching engagement, including confidentiality. Who benefits from coaching? Our list of past clients include:

What can you expect in coaching? It varies, but most coaching engagements follow an iterative process where the coach and client set the stage for coaching by forming an understanding about the client's desired outcomes. We proceed to building self-awareness, considering possibilities, planning actions and expanding options. Along the way the coach has a variety of tools for the client to use, developed through experience and training. Throughout all, the client sets the agenda; the coach guides the process.
A Note on Sponsors-Coaching is an excellent investment for an employer. When organizations engage and pay for coaching, a separate agreement is developed by the coach, client and sponsor articulating expectations and understandings. Among various details, we are upfront and open with sponsors that we do not share coaching session contents, and happy to explain why. It is essential that coach client relationship be built on a cornerstone of trust through confidentiality. Coaching versus Counselling-Coaching is not counselling. Professional certified coaches abide by a code of ethics and are trained to recognize when the coaching benefits are not a good match to the clients needs. In those cases, we will recommend that the client seek other assistance.
